Extremely poor service

What a bad experience

I paid the customs and Vat twice using my card and the company says they didn’t receive it. I paid again using EFT. Now I want my money to be returned but there is no one to talk to. The calls are not being answered and no Robot on WhatsApp.

The delivery guy call already outside I told him I will be home in 5 minutes and he left without delivering.

This is very poor service from a delivery company
