Extremely Poor Delivery Service

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from Buffaloex. The delivery driver assigned to my parcel refused to enter my area, which has never been an issue before. Instead, they demanded that I fetch my parcel from a local mall and gave me just three minutes to get there—otherwise, they threatened to return it.

When I questioned why the delivery protocol suddenly changed, especially since previous drivers always entered my area without issue, the employee responded with unnecessary attitude. Rather than offering an explanation or assistance, they rudely insisted that I collect the parcel immediately or risk it being taken back.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect respectful communication and proper delivery to the address I provided—not to be threatened and disrespected by your staff. Buffaloex needs to seriously reconsider how they train their drivers to handle customer interactions.
