Extremely pathetic service

I thought other logistics company that I have used previously were disappointing but Buffalo Logistics take it to another level of ineptitude and disappointment. No communication whatsoever, the WhatsApp messenger is pretty useless, totally unmanned. I'm done with Buffalo Logistics!.
