Extremely pathetic company

I have been struggling to get a refund for over six months for a parcel I have not received. I have sent numerous emails and tried telephonically but no answer. Your company has no values and absolute no customer service either. Can someone get into contact with me please because I am seriously considering going the legal.route which your company will be paying for.
