Extremely Frustrating Service – No Communication & No Delivery Update

I am beyond frustrated with the service from Buffalo Couriers. I have attempted to contact them 300 times, and not once has my call been successfully handled. Either no one answers, or the call drops as soon as I get through to a consultant or they direct me to WhatsApp but no response is given on WhatsApp. This is completely unacceptable for a company that is supposed to provide reliable delivery services.

Their website is also useless – there are no updates, no helpful information, and no way to track what is actually happening with my package. I am left completely in the dark.

My parcel is not even large or complicated, yet I cannot get any clarity on where it is or when it will be delivered. I urgently need this package, and the lack of communication is making the situation incredibly stressful.

This experience has been a complete disaster. I expect better service, better communication, and accountability from a courier company.

I would not recommend Buffalo Couriers based on this experience.
