Extremely frustrated client / Terrible Service

I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with any service provider! A parcel that was dispatched and with a driver on 02 December 2023 has still not been delivered on 13 December 2023. I have phoned multiple times for updates as NO ONE bothers to email or call me. I've been shunted from one logistics company to another on 3 occasions. Buffalo have failed to deliver so they shift responsibility by handing the parcel over to a third party service - Skynet. This company is equally as inefficient.
