Extremely disgusting inappropriate and sure disregard for customers

An absolute disgrace of an international courier service company.

What ever you do, especially order via Shein, find a way to request a different courier service for your parcels. Unless you happy with headaches and useless customer service care.

Customer service is an absolute joke. Ask for a manager. Ow he's in a meeting, on a call, in training. Or they just does right drop the phone without a care in the world of there customers. JUST threaten them with Hello Peter and they kind of start to assist

I pay the duty and taxes . They loose the payment now I have to repay ND no sign of my refund.

Parcel supposed to arrive 12 Feb 2024. Get notifications parcel will only be delivered following Friday.

I have requested that it be delivered before Thursday, they don't actually care about their customers. So this means they have firstly ****** money from Me. Secondly refuse to deliver parcel, I'm sure they have either opened it and damaged it or ****** something, now trying to replace it.

I have written to Shein legal department for assisting so let's see if they sort themselves out, which I highly doubt. As they will never put your call through, but put you on hold on hopes you will eventually drop the phone and call back.

Avoid using Buffalo International courier services at all cost
