Extremely Disappointed with Buffalo Logistics

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received from Buffalo Logistics. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to the address I provided, but instead, the courier called me and told me to collect it from a completely different location. When I explained that I could not go there and that the parcel needed to be delivered to the address on my order, they said they would “see what they could do” and then ended the call.

Later, when I tracked my order, I saw it was marked as “customer not at physical address.” This is completely false. I was at the address and available to receive my parcel. No one attempted delivery.

I tried calling the driver back, but they did not answer. When I contacted the company today, they apologized but told me the driver would not be able to deliver today day because they are not scheduled for my area. That makes no sense considering the delivery was already scheduled for yesterday.

This experience shows a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for customers. Very disappointing service.
