My SHEIN app says the package was released to Buffalo last week for Port Elizabeth, but the courier is MIA and the status is 'Abnormal.' I need a 'Logistics Dispute' opened immediately because I am relocating and cannot wait any longer. It's already been almost moe than 2 weeks. As I placed my order on the 22nd of March 2026.
