extremely disappointed

i have never had any problems with Buffalo logistics until recently. my packages was with them and they handed it over to a third party (skynet couriers). now Skynet is sending me from pillar to post and can't tell me when i am getting my packages. Buffalo on the other hand is just telling me they will escalate and investigate. its been two weeks and nothing is being done.
