Extremely Delayed Order – Urgent Action Needed

I am extremely disappointed with Buffalo’s service. I placed an order well in advance and specifically paid for expedited shipping, yet my order has been delayed beyond the promised timeframe. I urgently need my package by 9 October due to an important commitment, and Buffalo has not provided clear communication or a reliable solution.

Repeated follow-ups have been met with vague responses, and there is no accountability for the delay. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers pay extra for faster delivery.

I expect immediate action to ensure my order is delivered on time. If not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I urge Buffalo to take responsibility and improve their delivery reliability. Customers deserve timely and professional service.
