Extremely bad service

The worst experience I've ever had in my life, my package was supposed to be here on the 28th of December max. Received a text stating my package will be delivered today on the 30th of December but nothing came through. No call no nothing. Went to track only to find out that my parcel was supposed to be delivered by Allie Maepa in which he returned it back to the warehouse stating address unreachable, tel undialable.. Lies!! Same address aramex was able to deliver to. YOU WON'T REACH THEIR OFFICES NOTHING!!!
