Extremely Bad service

I ordered on 07 December 2023 at Shein, then they are using Buffalo International Logistics as the courier company to send the parcel.. I'm so disappointed with the bad service received. They keep saying the address is incorrect and I got an sms that you should re-enter your correct information or collect the order at their warehouse but I have done both by re-entering the address I never received any feedback and I went to the warehouse but it does not exist at the area I went. I don't know how will I get help to get my order as i have also sent them an email but still no response!!!!!
