Extremely bad service

Besides the fact that I had to arrange my whole day waiting for a parcel to be delivered, it just so happened that I was in my back garden when I received one missed call. I tried calling back a few minutes later, sent an SMS and a WhatsApp message, but received no reply — only a status update saying the package was returned because no one was at home.

If I hadn’t received packages from this company in the past (note that it was to the same address), I would’ve thought it was a **** business. Whether you send a WhatsApp message (+***4), which directs you to a support email (***), or visit their website (https://buffaloex.com/), you just never get any assistance.
