Extremely bad customers service with no way to get through to an actual person

I have been trying to get hold of Buffalo Logistics since Monday (5days) because they show the parcel that I ordered as being returned to depo 3 days in a row. When I call I always get an automated message telling me what number I am in the queue, which gives you hope. Then whenever I get to number 1 I get disconnected, this has happened 8 times now. I have also filled in their online query page 5 days ago and have still not received a reply. My daughter got her hopes up last week when she received the alert that the shipment was in Port Elizabeth, this is her Birthday and Christmas presents combined. It is so frustrating to not get a response from anyone.
