EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

The service is ridiculous. I have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks. THey do not update and make promises and then dont deliver. Now my parcel is gone to third party delivery. What **** bull is that. I am now in a situation. ANNOYED CUSTOMER. The call centre agents sound like robots after holding on to speak to someone for 1hr 30 . Use your airtime and that is the service you get. SO try calling everyday for the whole week and hold on for that long see what the cost is for that kind of service. The whatsapp no is even useless. you dont get a postive answer there but they say you must whatsapp if you cant hold on. You dont have a choice.
