Extreme delivery delay “Abnormal Package” and no communication from Buffalo!

My package is extremely delayed and I haven’t received an update in a few weeks. Currently on the Shein app my order’s status has been set to “Abnormal Package”, what does that even mean??

I have even received other packages that I’ve ordered AFTER this one was placed! I’m completely in the dark with no communication from Shein or Buffalo!

Please provide me with an update on this and when delivery would be expected.
