EXPERIENCE WITH A RUDE DELIVERY DRIVER

Good day, It is with deep sadness to be writing this to you all, I hope this is well received.

I just had a negative experience with a belligerent male driver in regards to the refund package for an order I received a couple of days ago.

I filled for the return application on the 18th of May and the request was successfully granted. Today the package was picked up by the same driver who delivered the package to me. I do not have the driver’s information and name and our interactions were short. And that’s one reason I am making this report!

He lacks the decency to make customers feel comfortable enough to question his motives. He used a very harsh and insulting tone when speaking to me, I have records and videos of our first encounter and a records he sent me on WhatsApp in our conversation today! He demanded I share personal information about me without stating the premise of his call! I do not take unsolicited calls especially from an intimate app as WhatsApp!

He proceeded to throw insults and condemn me based upon my age, telling me I am young to be addressing him however by asking him why he’s calling me! He threatened to leave without my package and kept on insinuating that “I am wasting his time” more so than I am not wasting mine.

The drivers number is, *** The contract number is written under “TSHIDISO” And the number plate is, KWD 805 NW, it’s a moderate size Suzuki van.

Please advise me on this matter. As a young black woman in SA where theres an ongoing femicide which is putting the lives of women at risk of violent men and violent crimes I hope you do understand where it is I am coming from. I cannot assume that any man has good intentions, which is why I am critical of men and I was critical of the driver too! Unapologetically so. He was both ***ist and condescending. This put an overall bad spin to my day and i want to be issued a formal apology from him!
