Exceptionally poor service

Once again exceptionally poor delivery service. As per their system it shows that "client was not home". When I phoned I was told that they did not do all their deliveries and that they must reschedule delivery date. Today, 23 December is not a scheduled date for delivies in my area meaning that I have to go on holiday with 2 days before Christmas with 2 Christmas presents not delivered. You can't complain about service or service delivery if there isn't any
