Exceptional poor service

I ordered from Temu, paid VAT on the 28th of March and I'm still waiting on my delivery no one has contact me as yet. trying to chat on Whatsapp is a waste. Sending emails not getting responses. See bellow latest on tracking taking forever to troubleshoot a problem. This is terrible service.
