Excellent service

This company employs the most competent and friendliest staff I have ever dealt with from a courier company. My parcel was delivered by Mlungisi Maseko this morning and I have to say he was so friendly and he has good customer service skills. When he called to say he was outside I was at the shop but I hurried back home and found him waiting for me. He was so calm and efficient and made sure that I am the right person to receive the package. His customer service is next level. I would personally like to thank Buffalo International Logistics for employing people like Mlungisi he is a real gem.
