What great service. Ordered a number of items off the SHEIN website - first time. Received up to date, minute by minute shipping progress. Once parcel was in SA got regular updates from Buffalo regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. Received an sms telling me that my parcel will be delivered within 48 hours from the PTA depot and it was delivered. Thanks to both SHEIN and Buffalo for such a great experience. Have now placed my second order with SHEIN - hoping for the same experience.
