Excellent Customer Service and Delivery

Hi All

Receiving a package in which the freight forwarding agents assigned were Buffalo, I based my expectations upon Hello Peter with concern.

Giving credit where it is due, upon my notice of rescheduled delivery (received notice on Wednesday the 27/03) from Friday 29/03 to a week later, I grew significantly concerned based on the reviews about rescheduling.

I managed to reach Buffalo the next day, whom advised that delivery will take place on Tuesday 02/04. I am please to advise all that my delivery is was completed on the 1st April.

Whilst there are many negative reviews, I was compelled to create a HP account and review due to the positive outcome.
