everytime we order there is always issues

My daughter placed an order with you using my work address 52 kerk street Ermelo 2351. And she received a message saying order could not be delivered due to address not found. I find this strange because I have ordered with you many times using the same address and I received my stuff Please assist if they still in the area they can deliver.
