Empty promises on parcel delivery

Bought items from Shein, items say out for dispatch on the tracking app on the 9th of December 2024, later that day parcel not delivered and was returned to the warehouse with a note that said incorrect telephone number. Called the call centre and the number on their system is the number I’m using, was promised that the parcel will be delivered on the 11th. The 11th came and no delivery, called again and kept being thrown from post to pillar and given more empty promises. After speaking to some managers, I was promised that the parcel will be delivered on the 14th and when I call on the 14th to check, the lady at the call centre says that their system does not show where the parcel is and that the number is not correct yet she had verified my number and it was correct. These people refuse to give me their location so I can rather pick up my parcel from them seeing that they are failing to deliver.

Is buffalo logistics still a logistical company or have they turned into a shoddy business???
