Empty promises

I am waiting for the delivery of a URGENT Shein package. There was a failed delivery attempt on the 21st of March. (Despite multiple people being home to receive the package that day.) For the last 3 weeks, it has all been empty promises that it will be delivered. I have made numerous calls to their call centre. (Be prepared to wait and listen to their "Your call is important to us. We are experiencing high call volumes" over and over and over again)
