My order has been delayed for month now..kids having no Christmas clothes due to your incompetence....you don't even bother to reply on WhatsApp....your logistics is bullsh*t I'm so ****ed of by your lack of communication... you people threaten us to pay tax and VAT but when it's time to deliver you do nothing ....you have to be reported to customer service ombudsman
