ECXELLENT WORK BY BRIAN MATE AT BUFFALO LOGISTICS

Brian Mate an CSD Agent at Buffalo Logistics is the best, probably in that whole agent. Brian is super efficient in his job, understands what customer service is about. He does his job with excellence, all day, everyday. I have a parcel that has been with Buffalo Logistics for more than two months, I have been making calls, writing emails to trace my parcel from Shein, and with no luck or concrete answer as to where my order is at, or how long i should wait for my order. Thanks to Brian Mate and his excellent work, my order has shown some movement, and should be expecting it next week (3 - 7 October 2022)after two months. This man has patience, is a good communicator and will thoroughly make internal follow ups on behalf of customers and will give customers updates. Thank you Brian for your hard work, i hope management at Buffalo Logistics (SA) recognizes your hard work and realizes how much of a hard worker you are.
