I received an oder with missing items, when I reported the matter to Buffalo International Logistics, they referred me to the supplier, when I enquired with the supplier they confirmed that they dispatched all items.

I placed another order and the very same driver who delivered the parcel with missing items, came to deliver I again. I waa not home I requested that he allow my son to confirm the items before signing. Unfortunately the driver refused, then I send him a message indicating that we can not accept that we have received the parcels in order without verification of the contents. So he took back the parcels to the warehouse and now they are refusing to receiver the items, I have been asking to be given the address of the warehouse to collect my parcels the company is not barging, I requested to talk to the supervisor or responsible manager, my call is being hang up (I'm not allowed to talk to the manager). Is now two weeks since I have been requesting my matter to be escalated, is only today when I am given a Reference number
