Duty Tax Query (customs)

I placed an order with Shein Online Shopping two weeks ago. The sms came through for paying duty and I immediately paid through the automated payment system you have via the credit card option. However I'm still receiving "automated calls and sms's" to pay my customs from the 18th till today the 21st. I have made 2 orders prior to this and have followed the exact same method. I'm very confused as to how my payment was not received when the money has been deducted from my bank by buffalo logistics.

I would really appreciate some feedback because I'm left with no other option to contact you guys. I've tried calling and emailing but none of your contact info works.
