Duty and taxes

I recently bought from Shein and I am yet to receive my order because Buffalo claims I have not paid my duty tax which I have on the 18th of this month Upon inquiring a rude consulted spoke to me and even scolded me and didn't even help with solving my issue. The consulted even said the emails are a pile so they work on first come first serve basis. Today I got another email stating I did not pay while I sent proof of payment to them. The parcel was supposed to be here by now and I need my items by this weekend.
