Duties and taxes.
Good day
My name is Sibusiso and I'm waiting for delivery from Buffalo which I paid on the 26th of April 2024 for duties and taxes but till today I have not received my delivery.
I have sent them proof of payment but no action from them. I uploaded POP several times and all their communication platforms do not work or assist.
Today I paid just R20.00 to see what will happen and they say I must pay the remaining amount which means I must pay double the amount I was charged by them.
This is insane worse part you can't reach the company directly 🚮

09 May 2024, 14:54I just paid for customs, duty or taxes for the second time now, I hope I will be refunded for the amount I paid on the 26th of April and remember your polucy that says if I don't get my delivery on the 10th I will get a certain amount back.
Hopefully yoy guys will learn to put a working structure and have people who will assist your customers/ clients.
