Duplicate Payments-No solution

The sad part about these companies is that when you need to make a payment they are quick to contact you, but when you need refunds you will never be able to contact them.

Made duplicate payments in mid May, been trying to contact @buffalo International Logistics but no success. sent all the necessary documents. POOR POOR POOR
