Drivers Keep Claiming My Number is Incorrect

I’ve had enough of the poor service from Buffalo International Logistics. Multiple times now, the drivers have failed to deliver my parcels and claim that my phone number is incorrect — even though I provided the correct number when placing the order. This excuse is clearly being used to avoid making proper delivery attempts. No one bothers to double-check or contact me through alternative methods. It’s frustrating, time-wasting, and shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. Buffalo International Logistics needs to urgently improve how drivers handle contact details and failed deliveries. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
