DOUBLE PAYMENT AND NO REFUND. PAYMENT MADE 17/01/25

17/01/2025 I receive a WhatsApp message that I must pay R422.60 for their customs( please note I get these often, it was not the first time). I paid immediately. Days went by, and I receive another WhatsApp message that i must pay for customs. when i called them they told me, No payment was received and I must send them the proof of payment of which I did. That WhatsApp message takes you to the link where you use your card details. it is like swiping your card online. Buffalo did not accept the my proof, I went to the bank they gave me a stamped proof but still according to Buffalo it was not good enough. I decided to pay them again R422.00 in order to get my parcel, guess what I paid them exactly as I did before and the 'received' it this time. I ask them to refund me the first payment as my bank FNB said; " We regret to inform you that we are not in position to handle this dispute with the merchant on your behalf. in order for this transaction to be processed, an OTP sent to a customer's registration cellphone or email is required to be entered as final approval for the secure online transaction to be authorized." they can surely see it when their monthly bank reconciliation is done. Till now no refund, no communication. As a result I am reluctant to order again, what if the same happens with bigger amount.
