Double paid - haven't refunded.
My customs paid to Buffalo went off twice (card payment) they said that they wanted proof of payment. The bank confirmed that my statement is proof of payment. I sent that to Buffalo, I was told the refund would be processed to refund the double payment. I'm still waiting. That was JUNE. Till now. Useless company.

25 Feb 2025, 12:26I was refunded a lower amount. You cannot just deduct an amount. If say the amount needed to be refunded was R250, you cannot send me R180. Which is what Buffalo did. It's not legal to deduct any money. I cringe EVERY time I get a parcel that needs to be delivered by Buffalo. Will still not recommend you guys to anyone and dealing with so many people to get a refund that was rightfully mine was not ok. It is exhausting. It took over 6 months.
