Don't use Buffalo international logistics

I ordered a package and paid the customs fee of R231.17 on the 7th June. They claim not to be able to allocate my payment. I sent proof of payment and they declined and asked for a proof of the bank account used and reference. Which I don't know where to get as I clicked there link and did an instant eft. Their details are preloaded for payment processing, it's their company responsibility how am I suppose to know which account. My bank also claim they can't help track a payment because it was online. I am very upset with this poor pathetic service providers.
