DONT USE BAFFALO!!! Buffalo is a joke! Shocking excuse of a company

If I could rate Buffalo under 1 star I would! What a useless company that just don’t respond. They can phone, SMS and email when they want money from you but don’t respond when the customer needs information. I have paid my customs and was supposed Receive my package days ago, I have emailed and phoned just asking for a simple update as I understand is was festive season and the package could be delayed but no answer no response and no acknowledgment. This company is a joke and I will not be placing any orders with Buffalo ever again and I seriously hope no one else does too! I will not be recommending Buffalo to anyone..I am disappointed and very unhappy with the no service I have received. SHOCKING!!! #DONTORDERBUFFALO
