Dont shop TEMU as they use Buffalo who cannot calculate.

I chose to use a payment option they provide - EFT and put through payment for two parcels. Despite an email trail as long as my arm and several Proof of Payment uploads, they will only acknowledge one part of the payment. So they sit with my paid up TEMU parcel, and due to someone not being able to read emails, pdfs & their own bank statements, they refuse to acknowledge having my money. They should not offer a payment option which they cannot interpret. I refuse to shop TEMU again until Buffalo - their go to logistics - can get their service act together.
