Don't expect any refunds from Buffalo

In March of 2024, my payment did not reflect in which I paid again, which ended up a double payment, I completed and submitted the refund form multiple times and up until today, 28 Aug they still haven't refunded me. I even proposed credit which they also are ignoring. I called and emailed them multiple times. Every time they just tell me to be patient and that it was escalated to Finance.
