I purchased an electronic item from a well known online shopping company and little did I know that their chosen courier company was Buffalo. What a totally useless company and they should not even be allowed to operate. No Matter how many times you phone you can never speak to anyone with an ounce of intelligence. No response from WhatsApp's or emails messages. Even on their website they claim you can talk to an agent - once again absolutely no response to what you ask. An *********** company that is completely useless and unhelpful. Continually claim that when they try to deliver the item and there is no one at home. All this is is a pack of lies and ********. You cannot even go to their premises to collect which makes me wander if the even have the consignment. Me thinks a *******. So I will never buy from the online company again for all this leads to is a loss of my hard earned money.
