Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Most Useless service ever, from the 22nd November i ordered till now today is 17th dec no delivery yet, when u phone this useless company you never below 220 something in line, after holding over an hour they say my parcel is still at customs, i even went there because at some point your calls get blocked or God only knows what happens just to be told that my stuff is in transit, there is a stupid indian man not sure if his the manager that comes out with all sort of excuses if i could punch him i would, if someone ends up burning this place ill be the happiest person ever, i will never ever advise anyone to use this horrible service, as a matter of fact i ordered 2 parcels over 7k after going to them then tracking says 1 parcel on route to jhb and next parcel says on route to buffalo cpt.... Just imagine
