6 Phone calls, 30 min holding each time they drop the line. All communication areas is with a BOT that cannot help you if it tried. I talked to a human, that gave me VERY GENERIC answers on the website chat available. And not even the driver, that messed up in the first place can assist me. I refuse to order from Shein if this is their Carrier any longer!!!
