The service I have received has been absolutely shocking. I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages regarding the specific delivery times for my parcel, and none of them were answered. When the driver finally arrived—after the stipulated time—I had to reschedule the delivery. He assured me the parcel would arrive the next day.

However, when I checked the tracking the following day, it showed that the parcel had been returned and needed to be rescheduled again, which was completely untrue. I phoned the call centre numerous times before finally getting through. The agent I spoke to was extremely rude and even hung up on me. When I managed to get through again, she continued to argue with me and insisted that I had received communication, claiming that my emails and WhatsApps were answered. This is incorrect, as the only responses I received were automated messages with no actual reply or acknowledgement.

The service I have experienced has been utterly unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
