Do not use buffulo logistics international

I have ordered a packagge from Shein. I paid my import taxes to Buffulo logistics on 31st of July 2023. Since the i have struggled to get my package released from them and their excuse is they did not find proof of payment. I have emailed them the proof of payment 11times and sent via whatsapp 5 times, i have phoned more than 20 times. Friday i get the message that the package is released and they found the proof of payment. this morning i received a message that it is out for delivery. Then i got another message showing that delivery has failed reason being misoperation. i have phoned more than 10times today as soon as i get to number 1 in line then the line drop. i just cannot get hold of them. i am so fed up with this pathetic service from them.
