Do not use Buffalo Logistics SA!

The service with Buffalo is extremely poor and the agents are very unprofessional and unhelpful. Buffalo has lost my order which they received on 9 October 2022 and provide no constructive feedback on a resolution for the last month and when I call for an update or refund, it's as if I am inconveniencing their life by wanting my order to be found. I am constantly advised by a different agent that they are working on locating my order and a email update will follow to which I received not one single email from Buffalo at all!!!

Definitely would not recommend! I would give zero stars if I could!
