do not use Buffalo logistics in Kempton park!

I really wish i can put zero stars , you service is by far the worst service i have ever experienced , my parcel was suppose to be at my house on the 4 January 2021 , nothing arrived i decided to call an find out an Bianca said my parcel will be by my house before close of business on the 5th , today is the 9th absolutely no communication as to why there is a delay , i decide to call again only to met with stinky attitude and an excuse stating that Thursday the 7th they put hold on deliveries because of a covid case , now the time we live in are extremely unforgiven so i understand covid inconvenience , what frustrates me is that no commination was sent out to let us know , an to make it more fustrating my parcel was suppose to be at my house on the 4th of jan 2021 ,a total of 3 before this covid scare of yours , secondly you are telling people that are are also complaining about this on hellopeter that they will receive their goods next week , but Emily an Bianca are telling me they will not do any deliveries until further notice , so what is the problem ? what is you excuse now ? who handles your communication? your lack of communication is appalling actually and is making small businesses suffer . I expect to be contacted immediately with a resolution , i have been waiting for 21 days for my parcel.
