DO NOT USE A DISCRIMINATING LOGISTIC COMPANY!!!!

Worst logistics company. Does not communicate timeously! Demand payment for their own broken business process. I am refusing to pay for their inefficient communications and discriminatory practices towards clients.

Even I have phoned them and they promised me to escalate the issue, I only received demands for payment.

I did not received a reference number after the call either, which I need to escalate the matter with ICASA. I am looking into ways to complain to ICASA without a reference number regarding the discriminatory business practices and ******* fees demanded by them because of their own incompetency.
