Do not pay on their link, always pay with an EFT and save the POP.

i ordered good from Shein and have never had a problem. I always click on the link and pay. This time i paid almost R1000 and was surprised that i did not receive my parcel. Low and behold. They keeps sending me emails and voice calls that i have not paid. As i paid ON THEIR LINK. I have only the proof on my bank statement that it has gone off plus THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER, AMOUNT AND DATE. o no THEY CANNOT ASSIST ME. I have to give a statement. The bank says they cannot provide me with a proof of purchase as i paid via their link and i cannot cancel the transaction. Unbelievable. No one knows what is going on. The bank does not want to help me, they do not want to help me and i am STUCK IN THE MIDDLE. Countless call to both and still without a parcel (which will probably now be sent back) trying to sort out their ****** mess. DO NOT PAY ON THEIR LINK, PAY VIA EFT!!!
