Buffalo international logistics has horrible service, they don't call when you email for a query, difficult to get on the phone and terrible at informing customers about their parcels. Temu delivered my parcel to south Africa quickly with no problem but buffalo international logistics failed to deliver yet I called buffalo international logistics to ask if they'll be able to deliver to my address and they we're able to give me my exact location yet their claiming not to find my address. In the process of delivering the driver should have called me so I can direct the driver to my address since they had difficulty finding it. It's unacceptable for my parcel to be returned without my knowledge. Their quick to send messages and respond when they want your money but is failing to deliver services you paid for.
